Both training and career development is aimed to improve the efficiency and skill set of the employees so that they can perform in a better manner. Once they perform well the company is automatically benefitted. There is a very thin line of difference between the central ideas of training and career development. Training is related to a particular job skill and any training program is arranged in order to develop the knowledge and skills among the employees.
